Registration Instructions

1. Prices include VAT. Heshbonit VAT invoice will be issued.
2. You can register on line, or submit this form by e-mail or fax.

3. Payment can be made by credit card or by check:
   
   If paying by credit card,
   Online registration: follow the onscreen instructions.
   Email/Fax registration: Add your credit card details, and fax or email the form to the address/number listed above.
   
   If paying by check:
   Print the registration form and snail-mail it, together with the check, to Diesenhaus – Conference department, 46 Sokolov St. Ramat Hasharon 47235, to the attention of Rivka Rokman
   
   Receipts will be given to you at the conference when you register.
   
4. STC Israel reserves the right to refuse at-the-door payments, should there be no available places.
5. Refunds will be made for cancellations received until 4 May 2007.
6. Membership in STC ranges from US$120 to $175, depending on the type of membership. If you join in April, 30% of the dues is applied to your 2008 dues. If you join before registering, but have not yet received a membership number, you must submit a copy of the online receipt to members@stc-israel.org.il, so that your membership can be verified.
